*** Please avoid calling on Sunday, as this is a day reserved for God and my family.


We DO NOT accept/confirm order through phone or SMS. We also DO NOT accept ANY changes to confirmed order via any SMS.


3) Checking availability of baking slot only via email


4) No reservations of any baking slot till payment received and confirmed Haven Bakery


5) Confirmation Orders (PAID) are taken on a first come first serve basis and upon payment received


6) Full Refund will be arrange back to customer if our baking slot is already fully booked and we still received any payment from customers


7) Standard cake broad max dimensions is 19inch x 15inch or 16inch x 16inch. Additional chargers for cake broad diamensions exceed the standard cake broad dimensions.

BIRTHDAY CAKE FLAVOUR

1) Fresh cream Vanilla sponge cake with filling:
- Fresh Strawberry
- Fresh Mango
- Fresh Raspberry 
- Canned mix fruits
- Canned Peach 

2) Fruit Mousse Cake:
- Mango
- Strawberry 
- Raspberry 

3) Chocolate Fudge cake:
- with Fresh Cream coating
- with Chocolate coating

LEAD TIME

Customers who wish to properly carry out their party themes are encouraged to plan earlier than that.

1) Our schedule is determined by orders on hand.


2) We recommend customers to order in advance as our Orders (PAID) are taken on a first come first serve basis by email only and upon payment received.

3) If a date is available, 4 days notice is sufficient to do a nicely decorated cake.

4) We do not reserved any baking slot till payment recevied and confirmed by the Haven Bakery via email

5) Full Refund will be arrange back to customer if our baking slot is already fully booked and we still received any payment from customers

DELIVERY / SELF COLLECTION

DELIVERY CHARGE:

SGD$25 per location for weekdays only (Subject to availability) .


Time Slot: 
Session 1: Between 10am to 1pm 
Session 2: Between 2pm to 6pm


For Corporate orders delivery, please drop us a email to check out the specical charges.


(NO delivery to Sentosa, Airport Cargo Building, Changi Airport, Jurong Island & Tuas area)


Please take note that we outsource the delivery to a delivery service company. Therefore we are unable to specific the timing for the delivery. If you have other cheaper/better alternatives, feel free to provide us.

SELF COLLECTION

You are welcome to Pick Up your cakes or cupcakes from us at:
Compassvale Road, Sengkang.


Collections by appointment only

TERMS And CONDIDTIONS 

Cakes or Cupcakes need to be checked and shall deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery or self collection.

We reserved the rights not to entertain any further complaints thereafter.

PAYMENT MODE

PAYMENT MODE:

- We do not reserved any baking slot till payment received and confirmed by Haven Bakery

- Confirmation Orders (PAID) are taken on a first come first serve basis by email only

- Full Payment upon confirmation of order OR a 50% deposit for booking of baking slot and the rest pay upon 3 DAYS before collection OR delivery

- For customer who had placed a deposit kindly note that confirmation of design and balance payment required at least 2 weeks before collection or delivery of cake

- Deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation of CONFRIMED order 


- Payment by Internet Bank Transfer
